BiotechEnergyPro ("BEP", "we") is an electrical engineering and power solutions company with offices at 43 Kininufa Street, Ifako-Gbagada, Off GT Bank Junction, Gbagada Phase II, Lagos State and 16 Olatunji Edidi Crescent, Golden Estate, Ajah, Lagos State. What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to give us:
- Your name, phone number and, if you provide them, your email address and company
- Your site location and the details of your enquiry, including any figures you entered in our diesel calculator
- Any documents you attach, such as drawings or bills of quantities
We also collect anonymous visit statistics, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from. These do not use cookies and do not identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your enquiry details only to respond to you: to call or message you about your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote. Our legal basis is your consent when you submit the form, and the steps needed before entering into a contract with you.
We use the visit statistics to understand which pages are useful and to improve the website.
We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who receives it
Your enquiry is delivered to BEP's team using these services, which process it on our behalf:
- Google (Gmail), for email delivery
- CallMeBot, to deliver a WhatsApp notification to our team
- Vercel, which hosts this website and provides the anonymous visit statistics
Some of these providers may process data outside Nigeria, under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond to you. If you become a client, we keep them as long as our business and legal records require. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop using your information, or withdraw your consent
